We gots lots to tell: Annual VET check passed with flying colors!
This is me – Kashim – taking over Momma’s ‘puter and kicking her off facebook so we can blog again.
Yesterday evening wasn’t especially my mostest favouritest evening of the year.
First everything started nice and basically like everday. Momma and my Awesome Man came home. She maded coffee and I haded a man-talk with my Awesome Man getting some chin scritches and encouraging him to get out the treats.
Then after we all had our treats, Momma came with the evil PTUs and hauled Sally into hers and me’n'Othello into the other.
Sally tolded them what she thought of this idea… LOUDLY! Very.
Then we took a ride in the metal monster wif wheels to see Auntie Doktor Renate our VET Lady. We wasn’t very fond of this, but well… that’s the bad part of the story, the good part is: We all came out with a clean bill of health.
Sally was all checked up and gotted her annual pokes. Auntie Doktor Renate saided she is very pretty but she should not eat all of the foods she can find. *sigh* that’s what I always try to tell this silly girl!!
Othello was checked too and gotted poked. His eyesight improved more than we all thought and Auntie Doktor Renate was very pleased with this. His teeth are quite fine too. He got his meds stocked up then he was allowed to go back into the PTU.
Me? Well, Auntie Doktor Renate checked my heart and general condition. She said I look fine and seem to be ok. Only my heart makes her worry a bit. She and Momma decided that they would do bloodwerks to make sure everything else is ok: kidneys, liver, etc.pp… you know what? I passed the blood work with flying colors! Auntie Doktor Renates said my bloodwork came back like I only were 4 years old.
So they decided to up the amount of my daily dosis of meds to support my heart. Otherwise: nothing to worry about.
Auntie Doktor Renate also said we need not come again this year, unless we get sick of course!!
